Books and benches is a fun summer reading opportunity for families w3here children receive free books while enjoying the amazing St. Croix River Valley Art Bench Trail.  meet at the Art bench, spread out your blanket, choose a book to read together, explore the park's playground and trails, and pick out free books to bring home!  Books and Benches will be at the Art Benches with free books to give away once a week at scheduled times throughout the summer.  Go to www.ArtBenchTrail.org/events for schedule updates.

The goal of Books and Benches is to promote reading and to help readers sustain their love of reading and their reading skills all summer long while encouraging families to spend time enjoying unique community art projects and exploring the amazing places they can be found.
