Amber Wente is an Account Executive at Alera Group (formerly JA Counter), specializing in employee benefits for small businesses. Alongside her husband, she owns Spartan Quick Service in Somerset. Passionate about entrepreneurship, Amber serves on the Chamber board to foster economic growth and local partnerships. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, family time, and caring for her four dogs as a "nearly empty nester".

David Grambow is the Superintendent of Somerset School District with an extensive background in teaching and educational leadership. He serves on boards for St. Croix Valley Habitat for Humanity and Wisconsin Teaching and Learning Leaders. As a Chamber board member, David focuses on bridging the gap between education and local industry. He enjoys Wisconsin supper clubs, guitars, and spending time with his wife, children, and ten grandchildren.
